Premise
The Final Act is a atmospheric one-page tabletop RPG set in the dusty attic of an abandoned theater—an attic cluttered with mannequins, marionettes, and props that weren’t always lifeless. You awaken as a partially functional puppet tasked with repairing the famed Main Marionette and performing the last scene of a cursed play.
Succeed, and you’ll break the spell and reveal a hidden code promising untold fortune.
Fail, and you’ll join the silent audience of frozen figures who came before you.
Play solo or with a group.
Every rival puppet believes they deserve the leading role, and each will sabotage your efforts in their own eerie way. Expect tense repairs, creeping shadows, and a climactic performance where every roll matters.
